*sensitive* BFP on FET and confusing thoughts consuming me and stealing joy
Firstly I hope my post doesn't offend anyone, I know many on this site are just dreaming of a BFP. I completely 3 IUIs, all failed, 1 fresh IVF transfer and a FET transfer. Doing this as a single female aged 35, have been in contact with clinics since 30, some delays in starting treatment due to house

Heyy 🩷 hope you’re all doing well. So after a long journey, 3 failed IUI’s, 3 month break post retrieval due to being very high risk of OHSS, I’m finally in my FET eve 🥹 I have mixed emotions going on, I have a fluttery tummy, probably a combination of nerves and excitement. But I am also massively

PIP tribunal TBI
Tomorow I have to attend my PIP tribunal hearing. I suffered my brain injury four and a half years ago and have now been in the PIP system for 16 months. How simple should an FET be? Facing more delays...
Hi everyone So basically I am wondering if anyone has had difficulties starting FET cycles before? People seem to say they are easier and I'm sure for most people that is true - but for me, I always seem to fall on the wrong side of the stats. Tried to start FET a few weeks back and started spotting

Side effects of oestrogen
hi i hope you're all doing well and keeping strong and whatever stage you are in this journey xx. I've just started Oestrogen in preparation for FET yesterday, today has been my second full day 3 tablets a day. I've got awful headaches like something is crushing my head, feeling more tired than normal

starting round 5 (first time abroad) please share your experience as anxiety is 📈📈📈
Hello friends, so after 4 rounds of icsi in UK 7 transfers (one live birth from embryo nr 8) we are going to Turkye for another attempt (not being selfish but clock is ticking and i do not want to regret it later for not trying) Things we want to do different: - Imsi - drop the intralipid but start

No period after provera
Hi all I hope you're all as well as you can be on this emotional rollercoaster of a journey. I was prescribed 5 days worth of provera by my fertility clinic, to induce a period so I could start my FET cycle. It's about the sixth time I've been given provera and usually it works. This time, however,

Success stories for FET at 39 years old?
I started my first cycle of IVF in August after 15 months of trying to conceive (I have a naturally conceived 3 year old) no fertility issues likely age/embryo quality related. We had 12 eggs retrieved, 9 fertilised and 2 embryos made it to days 5 and 6. We transferred a fresh 'amazing' embryo first

option on failed FETs
hi all! I’m currently 7dp5dt and I got a negative test. I know the result is not going to change and I’m already thinking about the next steps. We have 2 more frozen embryos and we decided that these will be our last two tentatives and we are not going to do IVF anymore. Our infertility journey started

Is it possible to have a wheeze but not have asthma?
I don’t have an official diagnosis of asthma but 3 times when I have been running strangers have told me that I have been wheezing. The most prominent example was 4 years ago I was running a 3 mile race and a girl who I didn’t know was overtaking me and as she went past said ‘are you ok, do you have

Covid or chest infection?
I started with covid at the weekend. The last few days I've had a chesty cough, and today it's producing thick yellow mucus. My peak flow is low, I have on and off tightness, especially after coughing & SoB. Before covid, my asthma hadn't be that controlled, but I hadn't got so far as seeing the GP.

Blood results
Hello, I know I have asked for advice before but wanted to clarify please. My recent bloods have been re-tested ;- I have Hashimoto's and on 100 of Levothyroxine. TSH - 4.6 (0.27-4.2) FT4-25.6 (12-22) T3- 3.0 (3.1-6.8) The Doctor says these are abnormal and not borderline as they were before Christmas

Period finally made an appearance / frozen embryo cycle
My period has been 10 days late as I waiting to start my medication before my frozen embryo transfer. My anxiety has been through the roof so wondering if that impacted the delay !! Will start my medication tomorrow as it’s too late today. They are putting me on PROGYNOVA. Has anyone been in this and

Donor eggs backup plan - which nationality would best match me?
Hi all, I have my FET soon with my only 2 blastocysts I managed to bank. I am going to be pretty down if it doesn't work and have only managed to get through this process by having a backup plan or next step all the way along. I have researched donor eggs in north Cyprus and was going to go there in

Embryo transfer
Hi So I went for my embryo transfer today, which all went ok but what I was surprised with was they didn’t use trans vaginal ultrasound scan to see where the embryo is placed is that normal? Because where ever I see a video or read they see the embryo go in via the scan. How do they know it’s in the

LDN and PMR
Almost three months into my use of low-dose naltrexone, in hopes of replacing prednisone eventually, I have learned that the power of LDN to combat inflammation, while real, is much less than prednisone, so that at 10mg of prednisone, LDN's ability to replace or even significantly supplement the steroid

Dealing with it all - egg donation
I have always been ambivalent about having babies and knew I didn’t want to do it alone. Still, at 39, a round of “insurance” IVF egg freezing led to no eggs surviving, an internal infection and 1 week in the hospital. Now, 2 years into a great marriage (with 2 step kids) 46 yo. Went for egg donation
