Thrush 3 days before FET
Hi everyone, I am booked for a natural FET on Monday (I didn't take anything this cycle, not even progesterone) and the Friday before I discovered that my discharge looked like cottage cheese and I may be getting thrush. Which I haven't had in years! Has this happened to anyone else before their FET

post embryo transfer
hi everyone This is my first time posting in this group. I had my first embryo transfer on Monday, I’ve felt relatively ok with the odd little twinge and cramp. I’ve not had any bleeding. My boobs are SO SORE. Today is the first day I would say my stomach has felt ‘normal’ since starting injections

Hello! I’m currently 4dp5dt of a FET. Im actually loosing my mind. This is my 3rd transfer and I have 2 children through ivf already (so so so lucky). Last transfer I tested positive on day 4 after implantation pain and spotting day 2/3 so I took a test today and BFN. I always test early as I find it

Progesterone pesserys?
I came across a thread earlier and just wanted to see what the general consensus is as I'm a little baffled last year I had a an awful experience a year later decided to have another go of icsi, but I'm cautious. I had a cancer scare whilst starting my stims resulting in egg collection only being taken

Has anyone been diagnosed with 'Da Costa Syndrome' after a head injury.
Weird histories involving concussion. Da Costa syndrome first appeared in the American civil war. It was thought to be some kind of heart disease that caused fatigue. But many soldiers with this were executed for malingering and being cowards. Then it became a psychiatric condition in the 20th century

Heavy cramping post FET
Hi everyone, I'm now 7dpFET and I've been cramping pretty much every day since the transfer. Today the cramps are really painful. Is this bad news? Could it just be the medication? Ive had one failed transfer where I had no cramps the whole time so originally I thought the cramps might be good but getting

Time off for IVF
Hi, can anyone please advise?I have egg collection Friday. They say about 5 days after for embryo transfer. Do I need to take time off work in between? I don't want to be stressed at work before transfer but I would like to keep my annual leave for after the transfer if that is more important. Thanks

Any tips for utrogestan vaginal pessaries
Hi all, My FET is booked for Wednesday 31st Jan and I was advised by the clinic yesterday to commence on the utrogestan vaginal pessaries three times a day, today. I am nervous as I do get quite tight in that area! The pessaries did come with an applicator but I am looking for any tips on insertion

FET booked - lining 7.1
Hi All, I managed to have my day 17 scan today and my lining finally got to 7.1mm. I know that they say that 8mm is optimal lining, my clinic did advise that anything 7 and above is good for transfer, especially as mine is at triple layer. I can't help but think the worst and think that the lining

4 weeks +6 anxiety!
I'm currently 4 weeks +6 pregnant. The level of anxiety I've had this past week since finding out has been unreal. This is the first time we have ever seen a positive test after 6x iui and 2 rounds of IVF with fresh transfers over the past 2 years. This embryo was our first natural FET cycle with a top

Steroids not working?
I’ve just had a 5 day rescue course of prednisolone due to an asthma flare. However, my peak flow is still only about 70% and I have an itchy, scratchy throat and cough. I don’t actually have a cold so I’m not sure what’s going on. I’ve never had a course of steroids before where it hasn’t made me completely

Transfer tomorrow 🤞
Good evening ladies! Not really anything specific just a little one to say I’ve got my FET tomorrow (all being well) it will be my 9th embryo 🫠 and my 8th transfer. 2 have resulted in a BFP but not resulted in a long term pregnancy or baby. I have been ttc for nearly 8 years now and I’m feeling super

Vaginal cyclogest on fet day
hi I’ve got my 2nd fet this week and just wondering if people that normally take cyclogest vaginally still took it this way on the day of transfer? I was told I had to take mine vaginally rather than rectally due to my poor absorption from the first transfer. But how does this work on the day of transfer

Struggling. Any advice?
hello everyone, I did 3 egg collections last year and one (failed) transfer. I’ve got endometriosis and adenomyosis and unfortunately the ECs flared things to the point that I have pain a lot more than was normal before. I also got OHSS a few times and when our transfer failed… it kind of broke me in

Hi, I have suffered with diverticulitis and IBS for about 15 years. Recently I have experienced hard bloated tum with dragging sensation just under left breast. When I eat it becomes very uncomfortable and nausea soon follows. When I walk any distance my tum swells to huge proportions and only relieves

Fresh IVF transfer - progesterone level
Hi All, Im just wondering what our progesterone level should be, around transfer? I had a progesterone test 3 days post egg retrieval, which I received today and it measured at 190.8nmol/L, is that too high? (First progesterone level tested before embryo transfer - so I have no clue). Many

Hi fellow warriors!
