Singulair - Flu Like Symptoms Side Effect
Hey All! A little bit of background on me. Early October I was infected with COVID-19, I’m 4 times vaxxed, and while it was only two days of symptoms, I ended up with SOB on day 3 which later turned into Long COVID. I was prescribed Flovent and Salbutamol by the ER Doctor, my NP then prescribed me Symbicort

5 week scan post IVF update
Hi there, I am currently 5 weeks + 2 days after a successful FET. I had a scan today at my EPU because I have a history of ectopics. The sonographer could only see a tiny blob on the scan which they have taken as enough to rule out an ectopic but not enough to say whether it's viable. I know this is

If my peak flow has always been low what will spirometry reveal?
I have been referred for spirometry testing due to some symptoms which the cause is unclear (sinus polyp issues/acid reflux/chest tightening) However my peak flow has always been low. Even though I am only 5ft 1 for many years whenever I have had my peak flow tested in college lessons etc it has never

Sudden onset poorly controlled asthma
Hi, Sorry it’s a bit of a long story but I am feeling rather lost with what has happened. I was absolutely fine until November maybe odd tight chest and shortness of breath but this could have been anxiety. I am now on GINA step 4 and still poorly controlled. I am waiting to see the specialist, the

Failed FET (sibling cycle) - Ultrasound guided transfer a factor for no success?
This is my 3rd round of IVF. First round was in the UK - it was a transfer on day three with two poor quality embryos. This transfer was USS guided. This resulted in our beautiful daughter. I have now completed rounds 2 & 3 in Australia. Both embryos were good day 5 quality. One fresh in march and

Spotting D3PT
Hello, I'm having a little bit of a panik, I'm currently on my 4th transfer FET. My 2nd transfer ended very early due to low progesterone on day 4 and my 3rd did not result in anything (however progesterone level was good due to injections). I've now opted for a natural cycle to give my body a break

WHY DIETING IS ALSO INSISTED UPON FOR DIABETICS WHILE UNDER MEDICATION?
Once diagnosed as diabetic, doctors prescribe drugs either to induce secretions of insulin or correct the varied qualities of insulin secreted, depending on the exact cause. It is accepted that it is not a disease caused by any foreign bodies but a condition that arose as the consequence of a reduced

Oximeter
I have been a bit hors de combat recently, so bought myself a little oximeter, 16 pounds from amazon. I have always found the variation in my peak flows irritating, also I do not like using the peak flow when badly out of breath. So I wondered how for me personally an oximeter worked as a measure of

Worst 2 months of my life
I’m heading for my second FET tomorrow. My first ended in an ovarian ectopic in February (which apparently is very rare so trust it to happen to me) I was very unwell with it and got rushed to hospital for surgery, resulting in a partial ovary removal. I’m lucky that I have recovered ok and continued

IVF after Ectopic - success stories please!
Hi there, I am currently 4.5 weeks pregnant after a FET but have a history of ectopic pregnancies. One was in 2012 and was managed with methotrexate, one was last year and resulted in the removal of my left tube. Been reading some horror stories about IVF resulting in further ectopics so would really

preparing for FET
hi all! It’s been a long time since I’ve been on here, with my little one now being 11 months after a FET after 3 cycles, 2 miscarriages and a TFMR at 5 months, he was a miracle IVF baby which I am so thankful for 🙏. I have one remaining embryo in storage and looking to start a FET again in the next

ERA/Endo scratch?
hey, just wondering if anyone has any positive experiences with the era testing or an Endo scratch? I have a 2.5 year daughter from a successful double fet, very lucky it worked first time with a 5AA grade embryo. I’ve since then had two failed transfers, second failed a grade 5AA and the recent
