HEALTH: The snack that could save your life.
Below information is in the copy of You magazine, with the copy of Mail on Sunday UK. " It’s apple season – which is good news, because science has now proved the hackneyed cliche to be true: an apple a day really does help keep the doctor away (though to fully benefit you need to eat the skin, too).

Vitamin C
You will have probably seen me mention I take Vitamin C to try and stave off irritation often a precursor to plaque formation. Research in Australia suggests it also helps in controlling blood pressure (hypertension) and reducing blood glucose spikes in Type II diabetes. If you decide to try it do

Good morning everyone, Here's a loaf of brown seeded gluten free bread I made yesterday by using my usual recipe with the addition of ground almonds. I made 2 large loaves and they've turned out really well as they've risen well the texture is good as is the taste and my only criticism is the top sank

Hi I have had a lot of blood tests as massive stomach and right abdominal issues which doctors have not yet diagnosed. I have a blood test next for c-reactive protein, liver profile and wanted to know the impact of my weekly IM B12 injections will have on this. My doctors don't understand B12 I am aware

First Cold of Season
Well after a very pleasant weekend I had an awful drive back with heavy rain and long delays. Towards the end I stopped for a coffee as my throat was getting tickley which I put down to traffic fumes. Sadly not I woke in the night rather sweaty with a sore throat and runny nose. So my Vitamin C tablets

Hair loss and what tests to do
Hi, I have Hashimoto’s and have started taking levothyroxine, increased a few weeks ago to 75mcg. I suspect I need an increase as feel worse after feeling like I had a little more energy again, but guess I need to wait and test bloods before this happens. I already had dry, fragile hair that was snapping
