Hi I have had a lot of blood tests as massive stomach and right abdominal issues which doctors have not yet diagnosed. I have a blood test next for c-reactive protein, liver profile and wanted to know the impact of my weekly IM B12 injections will have on this. My doctors don't understand B12 I am aware that my red blood cell count will be misleading which a couple of days ago was 4.85. Can anyone help?

Your B12 injections shouldn't affect any of those tests, not even the red cell count (assuming you've been getting treatment for more than a few months).
