MTHFR - how to increase ferritin?
Hi! I'm brand new here. I have learned so much reading over some other posts on this message board, thanks already! I've finally gotten on what I believe to be the right dosage of NDT for my Hashimoto's after 6 years of ups and downs. I'm currently on 160mg of Armour Thyroid and have a Free T3 at 3.8

Please I need your helpful advises thank you
Recently diagnosed with Liver Cirrhosis early stage but my hepatologist said there is NO treatment. I waited for almost 3 years before they made a diagnosis only to say now that they won’t do anything to treat me? I’ve made a research and back home I learned that this condition can be treated with Silymarin

Supplements
What is the best supplement to take when on Prednisolone? I’m thinking particularly about poor hair and energy levels. Currently taking vit C and a hair and skin supplement but would love to hear what works for others. Energy levels are half what they used to be (I know we all suffer with the withdrawal

Dr Mercola’s supplements
Hi everyone, are Dr Mercola’s supplements good? I’m taking vitamin C and D but after having subscribed to his newsletter I’m horrified by his articles as it seems he promotes conspiracy theories and I can’t really see much science there.

Sauerkraut
Not much of a cook but had a go at making sauerkraut. Easy. Loads of vitamin C. Plus the thing we didn’t even know was a thing until recently, good gut bacteria. Google it you can make it with different veg. Add chilli, garlic if that’s your thing. Started using it as part of my 5 A Day. See what you

Internal vibration
Hi, I've been quiet on here as mostly plodding on and getting through my days as best as possible but am popping back with a question in the hope that someone can share some insight. For reference I'm 51, was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2010 (and have a lot of associated issues with that) additionally

Need help!
So I have been struggling with quite a lot of symptoms for a while (since I was 17, I am 19 right now). My family doctor did a routine blood work and found out I am deficient in vitamin d, somewhat anemic (runs in the family) and my lymphocytes are 4.4xe9/L. I did a course of vitamin d supplements since

Uncontrolled Asthma, repeated asthma attacks every day. Do I have bronchiectasis?
I am 52, slim, fit, healthy and quite fit with a balanced healthy diet no milk but plenty of bio yoghurt. I supplement with vit c, vit D and probiotics daily. I have had asthma since 4yo, productive chesty cough for twenty five years, chest infections two to six times a year swiftly cleared by Amoxicillin
