PSMA PET Showing No PSMA Avid Metastases Again
Hello Everyone - I have update my profile with my husband's history. I think it is complete - but here is a quick recap: He was originally diagnosed on January 5, 2022 with a PSA of 1041.5 with mets to pelvic lymph node and bone. He underwent successful Triplet Therapy in 2022. He continued with Lupron

Undecided on ADT
Well, I have not searched about this for long, but while I wait to see if estrogen patches will be approved in europe for metastatic cancer, I am having doubts about switching from triptorelin (which did and is still doing its job) to relugolix. I know my MO first instinct will be saying "if it's working

Low bp causing tiredness?
it’s just over a year since my cardiac arrest and I just had a review at my surgery. I was keen to try lowering my atorvastatin dose due to aches and pains and fatigue (and had also been warned I was sat risk of diabetes). They agreed to try lowering my dose from 80 to 40 mg and also arranged blood tests

Hysterectomy or both hysterectomy and oophorectomy?
Hi, I'm on my 4th month of Decapetyl injections. I'm due to be reviewed by Consultant on 23/9. I'm currently listed for ' full pelvic clearance' due to DIE. I'm 47 and have been fortunate to have X3 children. The reason for messaging is two fold.1) How many of you have had both hysterectomy and oophorectomy

If ADT helps tame all Prostate tumours , why is Chemo given as soon as some organ met detected ?
Just trying to educate myself. I have read posts that when any organ met like bladder or lung etc are detected , chemo is immediately begun. Would the hormone therapy not shrink those too just like it does in bones ?

25mgs Methotrexate
Hey there all, hope you're all as well as you can be. I would like to know if anyone has tried Hormone Harmony as an equivalent to HRT? I've done my own research and the ingredients don't seem to counteract with mtx. However, as predicted the Company won't confirm this obviously coz of legal implications

For IVF pregnancies, what week in your pregnancy did you stop taking estrogen and progesterone?
Hello Lovely ladies, I had a question about when each of you stopped taking E2 and Prog after your Embryo Transfer. Did you'll have an FET (modified or fully artificial) / fresh transfer? Also did you'll wean off gradually or go cold turkey. Im currently 7w 2days. My OBgyn has told me to take everything

QoL or curiosity....me testing the latest chat gpt release
It is not only learning from existing examples, it starts to see the underlying reasoning. I have taken a test that I have originally learned from Wes Roth...I have made it a bit harder, introducing useless noise in the form of irrelevant info (so it's not something it could have seen before in this

Salvage treatment for radiorecurrent PCa
If I’m lucky I’ll soon be facing a decision as to which salvage treatment to have for radiorecurreent PCa. By lucky I mean that if upcoming tests show no spread outside of the prostate and I’m a candidate for salvage treatment. The salvage treatments I’m considering are SBRT, Brachytherapy and Cryotherapy

Help with results and medication prescribed
I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s a few months ago after some routine private bloods for peri-menopause issues. TPO antibodies result then was >1300. Was advised by private menopause clinic to see private thyroid clinic. Also went to GP who said he would just monitor with yearly bloods as TSH fine. But

stage 1 ovarian cancer and advised no HRT will be given
hello has anyone been in a similar situation please ? I have stage 1 ovarian cancer . This was picked up after I had a biopsy in one ovary . I am now waiting for an operation for the removal of the other ovary and a hysterectomy. My doctor advised that because of the nature of the cancer he wouldn’t

Osteoporosis and alcohol consumption
Hi All! A quick success story and a question from my side (59 yr. old female, American living in Germany and Greece). Two years ago my T-score lumbar was -3.4 and hip -1.3. Two years later - having refused to take bisphosphonates - the scores are lumbar -2.5 and hip -1.2. How did I do it? Lifting
