Hey there all, hope you're all as well as you can be. I would like to know if anyone has tried Hormone Harmony as an equivalent to HRT? I've done my own research and the ingredients don't seem to counteract with mtx. However, as predicted the Company won't confirm this obviously coz of legal implications. Really hope that someone can help coz I really want to take them, however, I'm too afraid too.

I don't know anything about this particular product but I can't see how anything is equivalent to HRT except HRT🤔 Is there a particular reason why you don't want to try HRT or have you tried it and not liked it/found that it hasn't worked for you?

Thanks for the reply well apparently the product is very good. Yeah I was on it and going to go back on it. I know that Red Clover is a no no which other companies use in their products.

I suspect you may want to save your money……….if a Company won’t confirm something which may have medico-legal implications I’d be very wary of taking a supplement with prescribed medication like MTX. Obviously up to you.

Ive been on hrt ( 125 mg patches ) for 2 years and on mtx. Rheumatologist have a full list of my current prescriptions and I have never been told they cannot be taken together. Works very well for me, but I appreciate some cannot use or prefer not to use hrt for various reasons.

I was on HRT Implant for just shy of 32" years due to having a Hysterectomy aged 29 . So I was still having my mtx whilst still on implants . I was told I would most likely be on this HRT for the rest of my life . However I have gone through some terrible memory issues and test and after that I decided and only because of that I decided to Stop taking it . I'm off it over a year do I feel different?? Of course your body has to adjust . But I can't say my bones feel any better or worse and that's what's important I guess . So if this Harmony hrt was for real I think I may have been introduced to it before now . And iv never heard of it sorry money ???.
