Hi! I had my lap in October & had patches of endo removed. My housemate is a bit of a natural remedy enthusiast & I went to a local health shop with her, spoke to a helpful assistant who suggested taking Agnus Castus capsules; I have been for 2 months now & aching endo pain has completely dissapeared

Someone has recommended Angus Castus to me as a way of aiding fertility by regulating your cycle. However, I've also heard that if you have endometriosis you shouldn't take it. Everything I've looked at at the internet about it is pretty mixed. Can anyone shed some light? Thanks. xx

I used to buy the permanent pen + disposable insulin cartrdidges everytime for that brand , like Huminsulin 30/70 , Mixtard 30/70 and now Lantus , solo star . My questuon is whether these pen and cartridges are standardised ? Shall we put any cartridge on any pen ?
