I’m re-posting in case anyone has any insights on these results ….
these tests were done after I had increased my ThyroGold dose from 450mg to 600mg but I have not felt any discernible improvement in my symptoms which have got worse. I had a total knee replacement last July and things seem to have gone haywire since then.

Total knee replacement
I’m 6 days post total left knee replacement and struggling! I have no muscle strength to help my rehabilitation. The Physio is expecting me to lift my operated leg up and to bend it but I just haven’t got the physical strength to do so. As a result my rehab is way behind and there is a possibility I

knee Replacement
Has anyone with MBC gone off their chemo drug ( for me Ibrance) for a month for reasons to strengthen their immune system to prep for
surgery
? I desperately need
knee
replacement. My oncologist just completed a body and chest scans and I remain stable as I have for 2 years.

Before the RA I was going back to doing craft fairs as I had done years ago but I can't drive at the moment, told not too until after
knee

Do I have Ords?
I’ve been having a big flare up of symptoms following knee replacement last July. Recently my eyes have become very inflamed, blurry vision, pain when I move my eyes sideways or up and down and they ache and feel like they’re burning. I finally saw the GP who was quite concerned so ordered an Opthalmology

Post total knee replacement
Anyone who has had a total knee replacement had more pain in the hip area than the knee. Having a job to keep my knee straight at night as keep waking up every hour with tremendous pain in the hip and end up getting up and having a walk round. It's inhibiting my physio as well. It didn't help that ended

Anyone with similar symptoms?
In early 2022, I started having unexplained leg weakness in both legs several months after minor
knee
surgery
. It has slowly progressed and while I am able to walk, ride bike, some golf, etc I am not able to run due to the weakness/pain.

TKR waiting list
I have had an appointment today at orthopaedic and trauma where they x-rayed both my knees and I’ve finally been recommended for TKR in my right knee. I am so pleased and relieved. The doctor doing it has full 5 star reviews and has explained procedures before, during and after surgery, he has told me

Follow up to my last post re SDR
It's now almost 4 weeks since Mark's knee replacement. He's doing well after a small setback at the weekend. He saw our Dr a week ago to ask if he could drive. Dr told him to ask the physio. She tested him on a step, checking the force he could use on his knee and gave permission for him to drive

Ketogenic/Paleo diet
I only found this out because I needed a blood test in advance of
surgery
(
knee
replacement), but maybe it is something to be aware of if you are low carb and avoiding processed food. They're going to test me again next week to ensure the sodium levels have raised sufficiently.

Hi all. I have Lymphodema in both my legs. I had total knee replacement 4 weeks ago, my knee is swollen and my lower leg and foot is is swollen. My skin is very dry in those areas. Obviously, I have swelling because of the surgery but also because of the Lymphoedema so decided to get back to my ritual

Total knee replacement and AF
Hi Firstly thank you to everyone who has offered their support previously since I was diagnosed with AF last November. Over the last few years I have been trying to hold off a total knee replacement. (TKR) I was walking more to strengthen my muscles to support my knee and managed to ditch the brace
