Has anyone [else] on Besremi had issues with elevated serum potassium?
My last several chemistry labs have had elevated Potassium levels and my diet hadn't really changed except for adding Curcumin TID... Now my MPN MD has me on a low potassium diet, but honestly, my intake wasn't very high beforehand... COMPREHENSIVE METABOLIC PANEL - Past Results Name Standard Range

PSMA scan results just arrived but interpreting them is difficult and no Onc telmed available until next week. Orgovyx failed two months ago
Any idea what this means or suggestions? Study Result Impression 1. Previous prostatectomy with no F-18 PSMA evidence of local recurrence or 2. Two F-18 PSMA avid presumed bone metastases, one in the right posterior third rib and the other in the left anterior T4 vertebral body. 3. No other F-18

I've been going through testing to see if I can be put on the
kidney
transplant
list. They do SO many tests! Whew! My gfr fluctuates between 11-13 and has gone to this number fairly quickly.

Could a schwannoma on a scan be wrongly diagnosed as cancer? I have Schwannomatosis NF3 and have two schwannomas on my prostate gland.
I have been diagnosed as having Prostate Cancer, but in no pain, but a bit irregular, probably due to the schwannomas, which started at the same time in 2019. The schwannomas would show as benign growths on the outside of nerve canals[prostate?] underneath the skin. I was diagnosed in June 2022 via a

kidney filtration number 43 I just don’t understand.
Y’all I feel like a cry-baby everytime I post. But I went to the kidney doc today. I have been concentrating on drinking atleast 40 oz water a day. I walk a mile a day. According to his notes my numbers are up and down. In April it was 53. July 37. Back up to 44. He said what he didn’t want to see

Minor query
Age 74 and have probably averaged upwards of 25 to 30 units of alcohol a week for about 5 decades seemingly without doing damage (ast/alt below 20 and gfr of 74).Due to increasingly bad hangovers, this year I reduced this to drinking once a week and between 5 to 10 units. Does this mean that any damage

Gift idea
I cannot recommend this enough! I consider it part of my durable medical equipment. 🤣 I bought one more than a year ago, "just in case", and it has been a lifesaver. For those of you who don't have easy access to a second car to jump your dead battery or a gas station on every corner to put air

Let's Talk Kidney Issues
I had a stone removed from my right ureter 2 years ago; the preceding and subsequent CT scans showed stones in both kidneys. 6 months ago I went in for a follow up CT and found a stone completely blocking the left ureter (no pain). Surgeon removed the stone it but the kidney is only functioning at 18%

To small to find
After having a water infection I had a scan which found a cyst on my left kidney. The scan suggested there was something else so I had another scan and was told this was kidney cancer. My consultant said it was to small to cut out has he probably wouldnt be able to find it. So he’s put me on 6 month

You are what you breath - but what you breath varies...
MY reason for writing this is one or two people liked my answers about the strange world of breathing. I am not a clinician, nor a scientist so beware taking me literally. However some things are self-evident dear Watson. We breath in a mixture of oxygen (20%) , nitrogen (79%) and a tiny amount
