Stomach ulcer
Hi fellow sufferers I’ve had PMR for 3 years now and the other day I had symptoms of a stomach ulcer. GP has increased my Omeprazole and done a blood test but I’m confused. If I’m still taking 6mg of Prednisolone each day which aggravates the stomach, even though I take it with food, how will my stomach

Esopghagectomy 3 months ago, 29 year old patient, what should my expectations be?
Hello everyone. I'm a recent patient of an Esophagectomy and have a few concerns, I hope I could get some insight on. I'm not exactly sure the type I had so I'll describe the circumstances. I'm 29 years old, and they discovered a mass/tumor at my esophagus-stomach junction. It was pushing the opening

2nd lap over and done with - pelvis and bowel endo
Hi ladies, Just had my second lap on Friday night. I wasn't having much luck getting a referral on the NHS (they kept wanting to test me for STIs instead) so I made the decision to go private, which is also what I did the first time round, as I physically couldn't stand the pain any longer. I went to

Spacing medications
I know I have read on here before about the best way to space medications throughout the day but can't seem to find it now. I have had an irritable hard cough for years (unproductive and not chesty). This year it seems to be worse and of late has become quite troublesome. GP has suggested it could

Trouble with teeth
I have always had good strong teeth. At 63, I have very few fillings. In the past couple of months I have needed two fillings. I have just broken a piece off a tooth even though I wasn’t eating anything hard. I’m getting worried that my teeth will deteriorate quickly. I’m wondering if it’s the PMR or
