Free from RLS for one night
So, the night before last was my worst night ever, literally up out of bed every 10 minutes and zero sleep. So last night I decided to try some things out, I went to bed at 9 exhausted but was awake by 10 with the RLS starting. I tried the following things, a glass of diet coke (with caffeine) followed

Swelling 13 months post circumcision OP
I was circumcised 1 year ago. The first few months were pretty bad. Doc said it would be fine. There was still swelling present but he said it will go away. Well it didn't. Two months ago he said he don't know when exactly it will go away, as it could take weeks or even months. He told me to use a cream

Vitamin K2 and Calcification reversal in Arteries
Hi everyone My HA was now nearly 4 months ago and 2 stents later I'm recovering quite well and on the usual cocktail of drugs. I just wondered if anyone knows, or been advised by their Cardiologist about the potential benefits of taking Vitamin K supplements, and how studies have shown the reduction

PLEASE - do not take this as any form of advice or guidance. I am posting it as a matter of interest, very largely due to the many discussions about vitamins K1 and K2 over the years right here. [i]

Strategies for keeping vitamin K intake constant
Hi all, I would love to know how many of you are able to maintain relatively constant K intakes for consistent INR? I've been on Warfarin for around 11 weeks and struggling with it. Before my clots I was a bit random with my intake and probably could say didn't eat much greens. When I was out on Warfarin

Is Vitamin K the Secret Key to Bone Strength?
When we think of strong bones, we usually think of milk, a rich source of the nutrients that promote bone density: calcium and vitamin D. But we may be overlooking another important nutrient created closer to home—in our own gut, to be exact. Vitamin K produced by certain types of bacteria that colonize

COVID-19 & Abnormal Coagulation.
Recent papers below. As some will know, I am very interested in PCa-related coagulation. I believe that control of microclots may prevent metastasis (& further mets in those who have some.) Clot control can also prevent DVTs & fatal pulmonary embolisms. The D-dimer test is very useful when a clot is

Anyone else have INR readings like this?
This constant swinging is ruining my life. It makes me so ill. Getting very down and depressed. My diet is as advised. I’m Lupus anticoagulant positive. Here is a graph of this months readings, last 4 tests. It has been suggested that maybe I don’t metabolise vit K properly. Anyone had that problem?
