Advice on blood results

Hi All, I am seeing my endo soon and I would welcome your thoughts on my blood results so I am prepared.

I have Hashimoto’s, pernicious anaemia, autoimmune gastritis,Type 2 diabetes.

I self inject B12 monthly (currently 788pmol/l) Ref 200-700

, My endo increased my thyroxine from 125mcg to 150mcg after February results.

S TSH Roche. feb 5.2 july 0.61 mU/L

(0.5-5.5)ref

I take 1000 units of vit d ( currently 82nmol/L (50-250 ref) and also vit k

Mainly concerned

about my folate currently 34.0 nmol/L ( ref >6.0)

( is this balanced with vit b12 levels?)

And ferritin levels 96 ng/ml ( 30-500)

I have had iron infusions in past

I also take magnesium, vit E too.

Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water .

Last dose of Levothyroxine 24 hours prior to blood test. (taking delayed dose immediately after blood draw).

Obviously you need TSH, Ft4 and Ft3 tested together

Possibly cheapest option for getting all tested via DIY finger prick test

No worries, I am mainly concerned with getting my iron and folate levels right so I can discuss with my endo
