Morning all. Could I ask for a little help with what my next steps and dosing should look like given my latest results? In terms of symptom mainly up and down mood wise and VERY dry skin and whilst I’m not feeling great, am otherwise generally okay. Have a Hashimoto’s diagnosis. B12 99.9 range 25.1-

supplements and vitamins
I am taking a low dose of T3 only and split the dose so I take it 4 times a day. I am also taking supplements, minerals and vitamins and have become confused as to when to take what. I know that certain supplements or vitamins should not be taken together but my knowledge is a bit fragmented. I know

Heaven on toast
I can't understand why this adorable little fruit is frowned upon on some diet plans. 14syns on slimming world for a whole avocado. 5sp per 50g on weight watchers. They may be high in fat but it's good fat and not to mention them being a good source of potassium, vitamin k, E, folate and pantothenic

Vitamin K
Hi I know many advise taking Vitamin K when taking Vitamin D supplement but my concern is that the Vitamin K has an effect on blood clotting. As my father died of a stroke at the age of 58 I worry that the Vitamin K would make my blood more prone to clot if I am genetically prone to have thicker blood

Levo/T3 take at night?
I am on Levo/T3 and am Vitamin D deficient and take Vit D, Vit K, and magnesium glycinate. I have taken my Thyroid meds in morning for last 25 years, but due to addition of other tablets recently am considering changing dose times. As I am having trouble taking all of these well apart, was thinking of

Update and Raw Spinach Question ;D)
Hello everyone! I am so happy to say that I finally found a hematologist near me that works with APS! He looked at my past 3 labs that were taken 3 months apart and said there's no question that I have APS. He is very knowledgeable, ready to work WITH me and I've started back on my Warfarin last Thursday

"Stopgap" dose of Vit D
I've decided to order some Vitamin D tomorrow but only a small amount, as I will meet my new GP in mid-Feb. I've checked and this CCG does allow prescribing Vit D for deficiency - and I have the blood test as proof: Medichecks, 23 nmol/L (range 50-200). I'm brainless this week, so just before I place

Vitamin Supplements
Please be careful of the supplements you take. I just found out today that my daily dose of 5000UI of Vitamin D capsules has an effect on my calcium blood calcium levels. Apparently there is an interaction with Vitamin K as well.

Finally self-testing at home-INR 5 yesterday-on 7-1/2 mg of warfarin
Finally in USA in NY got approval for home testing after being hospitalized in June with an INR of 13! Doctor called after seeing INR of 5. I'm nervous about level 5. MD told me to skip two doses but I asked her if I could up my greens and skip one dose and restest in 3 days. If still high-skip another
