Nuts are known for being high in healthy fats and plant-based protein while being low in carbs. Therefore, most nuts can fit into a low-carb eating plan, though certain kinds are particularly low in carbs. For those following stricter low-carb diets like the ketogenic diet, sticking to lower-carb nuts

Not such a good Sunday
Well one always knows with CBD or PSP that things can change overnight. My plans have gone sort of haywire. Nigel seized up this morning and was taken into hospital this morning. He has been admitted for urinary sepsis and vitamin B deficiency so is on IV antibiotics and vit k injections. They reckon

Carrying medication n 'Hold' or 'Hand' luggage.
All you jetsetters...for medication do you suggest 'Hold' or 'Hand'? Meds not needed throughout the journey from A to B, only during our holiday stay and all are oral. Ok the list is: Methotrexate, Folic Acid, Hydroxychloroquine Sulphate, Ferrous Fumerate, Tranexamic Acid, Liquifilm Artificial Tears

VITAMIN K AND VITAMIN B12 FOR DROOLING
If anyone's used either of these vitamins for drooling, or for any other PD symptom for that matter, I'd be very interested knowing dosage, results, etc. I haven't tried either, but have heard some positive results.

I didn't know psoriasis could almost disappear!
After decades of having to use a coal tar shampoo every 3 days or suffer severe itching, flaking, and red spots that bled, I now can go weeks and sometimes months without using any special shampoo and only occasionally using a 3% salicylic acid shampoo. The coal tar shampoo stunk and had to be followed

RA sufferer and Vit D deficient.
Not sure where else to post. Blood test reveals Vit D deficient so my GP has prescribed supplement, but I have chosen to buy my own. Don't normally get caught up in all the supplement hype or buy them. Question...10mcg or 25mcg? Could I take 1 x 25mcg once every other day? GP never mentioned Vit
