Vitamin K2 is suppose to help the absorption of vitamin D3 (and also calcium... I think).

Yes I take both with zero problems in combo with both cancer drugs. I used Bone Up fir years but recently switched to VitaminCode raw calcium

I now Order the raw calcium From Amazon. It’s i garden of life brand it’s a whole plant food formula. I like it because it’s more natural and I seem to have problems with calcium and constipation. with this product you take two of the calcium twice a day and then at night you take the product that comes with it called Growth factor S

Would you take at night. My bones of gotten dramatically stronger since I’ve been taking it but who knows if that’s the reason.

I have bone Mets and my oncologist forbids me to take calcium supplements?? I do take a multi vitamin along with a small arsenal of other supplements as well as D and K.

I have been having some pretty severe muscle&joint pain in my lower extremities since starting the K about a month ago?
