B2 vitamin
I have recently come across having low B2 causing low mode, fatigue, skin problems, hair falling out etc. I have had some of the symptoms of low B2 I know my b12 is in the right range. A B2 test needs you to do a pee test. I’ve not ever been tested for low B2 and I’m wondering may be this is getting

Hi everyone I had PMR for 5 year and didn’t fully recover a year ago I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis. I now take 17.5mg of methotrexate Via injection weekly. However although this has reduced the swelling in my knee and I am marginally better, I am still stiff and feel constantly exhausted!

Lower legs and arms
Scleraderma Do you have very tight lower legs snd arms … including wrist wrinkled and ankles. Knees also very tight and also have Inflammatory Rheumatoid Arthritis so maybe that is in knee joints. Do cream it but so tight to clench thinned muscles . Feels like I have very tight elastic around limbs.

Is this possibly GCA again?
I am looking for some advice please. I was diagnosed with PMR 4four years ago and this was followed by Giant Cell Arteritis. I was given 60 mgs Prenisolone and gradually tapered down. Unfortunately I had a flare a few months later and I was not given appropriate advice and the sight in my left eye

Pred sick day rules.
I'm currently on 2mg of Pred and weekly Tocilizumab and doing Ok as far as PMR and GCA symptoms go. However I've caught the dratted cold that's doing the rounds and wonder whether this means I should increase the Pred in line with the Sick Day Rules leaflet. I'm only using Paracetamol for the cold so

Pain relief
Hhi there. I'm currently taking MST for pain relief and I've been told in passing from a GP that I may be better on subutex. I was wondering if anyone can h help me.. Will it be a straight forward transition to subutex or will I have to have a break from the morphine before starting subutex

Combined ttherapy
As Ruxolitinib is no longer working well, my haematologist has suggested combining either Danazol, Thalidomide or Prednisone with the Ruxo. Has.anyone any experience of this? What are the pros and cons? I am very worried about the side effects. Thankyou SkipperL

Psoriatic arthritis?
Update…Jan. 2022. Have seen a dermatologist for my scalp finally after nearly 3 years of suffering, and I do indeed have scalp psoriasis. Everything prescribed has not worked. I have been told by my GP when I asked to be referred to a Rheumatologist , as I have had osteoarthritis for years, to see

has anyone been told they have enthesitis? Does that come only with PsA or also RA? Could fibromyalgia diagnosis actually be enthesitis?
I was diagnosed with Fibromyalsia and then a year later I was told I have fibromyalgia and RA. Then yesterday, a year and a half later, I was told I have psoriatic arthritis and not RA. I have always said that my muscles and ligaments hurt and the rhuemotologist said that was fibromyalgia. But after

JCVI advice recommending a fourth Covid jab for LVV-GCA patients on Tocilizumab?
I have been on (self-injected) Ro Actemra (Tocilizumab) since July 2019 for LVV-GCA, and it enabled me to cease all other medications (mainly the dreadful Prednisolone) over the course of the first 9 months.( All of my blood results have been totally normal from 2 weeks after starting Tocilizumab and
