I suffer from arthritis on my neck, both shoulders, both elbows, left arms including my fingers, left hip and on my left knee which is causing my left knee to suffer from cramps while on sitting position.
What kind of support is out there?
As my GP only prescribe painkillers
This’s affecting my daily life some days I can hardly sleep or walk.
Also I suffer from Poliomyelitis as a child which affects my right limb or leg and in recent years (2012) I was diagnosed with post polio syndrome which is now affecting my left limb/ leg almost immobile I can hardly walk.
Can I have alternative treatment or support with my osteoarthritis?

Hi, I use me time and set a goal of just walking🚶🏾♀️ for an hour. Enjoying the 🌻surroundings as I go. I set another goal and paid for a gym membership, so I'd use it on the good days. I've used it twice this month and enjoyed my time there. Just take small steps to the goal you want and you'll get there. 🙂All of this is using mindfulness in your daily life.
