After being back on forth to doctors for test and rheumatology for over 2 years and getting nowhere. I rang up the doctors today to ask if they'd do blood tests as my knees have flared up. She checked my records and told me I had a positive rheumatoid factor tests in 2019, what could this mean? She told me to ring rheumatology secretary on Monday.Ive had tests for sjogren's but they say its only a possibility I have it as I had a positive lip biopsy and other tests were negative. Could this mean do have it or have another autoimmune disease?

Rheumatoid Factor alone is not a good guide to whether you have Rheumatoid Arthritis. It needs to be taken into consideration with the clinical picture and other blood tests. You need to talk to the Rheumatology team and discuss what other blood tests you have had to try to sort out what auto-immune condition you may have. There's a useful page about blood tests on the NRAS website:
Hiya, If it is your doctor GP, they should have told you that, ask to see a Rheumatology
it might take a while to see one but you need to see one
