I posted a link in the Arthritis Action community and thought a lot of the points made apply to PMR too.

Thanks Heron, certainly a lot of cross over here. How are the knees doing? My sister has now had both jabs, are you now fully covered?

Knees doing very well thank you. Yes, fully vaccinated (got Pfizer #2 end of June. Not that I feel any safer, really, but our third wave is now completely stamped out so that's good! How are things in your neck of the woods?

Hi Heron, glad things are going well, totally different direction here, cases rising exponentially and all restrictions lifted - total madness!!

🙀 But didn't your dear leader say, if not now, when?

Stay safe!

I can't think of anything intelligent or printable to say about our dear leader!!! Going to be another day of 30deg today which is bit too warm for me. Likewise to you, stay safe and well.

Thanks! I didn’t realise there is an arthritis group. I was at hospital yesterday as arthritis now spreading up other toes (as well as big toe!) and I have now been given thumb splints to wear in the day and wrist and hand splints for nighttime. Custom orthotics have been made for my feet and I have follow up appointments with both soon. I will join the group, thanks! S x

Thanks Heron, I have had a quick look through the website and there’s all sorts of useful information there. I’m particularly impressed with the clear instructions for the targeted exercises. Thanks for posting
