IUD expulsion....twice!
Hey, so I was recently diagnosed with Endometriosis after many, many years of being told it's just a heavy period, you'll just have to get on with it - thank you male doctors. So now I have a diagnosis and my GP recommended the coil as a first plan of action. After insertion my coil came out after 3

wtf is this
After going back to have another image of the
IUD
to get a better look the veteran ultrasound technician told me there was no way that
IUD
was coming out without surgery and that she had 30+ years and knows what she was talking about .

I do not like IUD's as I feel I would end up bleeding a lot like others have and have severe pain and I do not like the fact that the

Endometriosis and the Kyleena IUD
Hi all, Just after some experiences please. I went to my GP to ask for a hysterectomy due to my increased symptoms of endo that I've had since I was 11 (I'm now 36). I have been absolutely blessed with having a child of my own and have now got to the stage in my life where child 2 isn't on the cards

Copper IUD
Anyone experienced any sickness/nausea, after having the copper
iud
placed? Since having it placed I've been feeling really sick to the point where my mouth is watering. I'm trying to rule it out because I'm on medication.

Heavy bleeding Mirena
Hello I have the mirena
IUD
coil for about 3 years now. My bleeding used to be lighter but still there and constant. But over the last couple of money with academic stress and financial pressure. I've been bleeding so heavily with blood clots the size of my palm.

carbimazole help
It could be low because I’ve recently become vegetarian and I have had a coil
IUD
fitted causing very heavy periods - but this is a different story. Unfortunately though, the problem child this time is my T4 which is now hypothyroid at 8.9 (range 11-22). I am on 10mcg carbimazole a day.

IUD and sex
Just wanted to check so I don't mess this appointment up....I have a copper
IUD
and have been recently having pain during sex around the area it sits in (ie my cervix) so on Monday I'm going to go and check to see if it's still in place/in the right place.

IUD (coil) disturbs during intercourse!
During the c section, doctor fitted an
IUD
inside my womb. But the problem is the cable! A yarn-like hard cable placed inside the vagina which disturbs me always. Specially during intercourse. My partner feels pain from it. Is there any solutions or suggestions for me. I want to get rid of it.

Endo and spotting
I came off the pill due to starting to get side effects, then after 9 months got a regular cycle back which was really painful, so tried the merina
IUD
. I just bled for 3 weeks every month with this and my hair was falling out so got it removed in January this year.

TOA advice!
Whilst admitted to hospital I had IV antibiotics, CTAP & USS both scans showed fat stranding and inflammation around my right ovary and the consultant advised that I had likely developed PID from my copper
IUD
causing sepsis and TOA.

IUD mirena coil fitted extreme pain
Is it normal to have this much pain after having
IUD
fitted but will ease tomorrow/next day? I'm also on my period so could this have agitated the pain more?

Cube pessary disaster
To paraphrase - insertion was a struggle (I’m OK with smears,
IUD
insertion & childbirth) and removal not much better. I declined to continue with it & was fitted with a ring pessary to remain in for 6 months.

IUD + ENDO
Hey gurls, Got the
iud
put in 3 months ago. Been in heaps of pain (codeine everyday) and bleeding since. The doctor had told me it will take 12 months to stop and be normal again because of endo. Everyone I’ve talked to so far said their pain lasted no longer than two weeks.

IUD Tips
I’ve had my
IUD
in since September last year and I had one normal period but the one after that has lasted until now and I’m really worried. I can’t tell anyone in my house because they don’t believe in sex before marriage.
