Query re. folic acid dosage and related issues
Also not entirely clear about taking
iron
if spare folic acid becomes ferritin and is stored as
iron
. Or if this is correct. Sorry if this is a question you are tired of answering and I have missed the answers.

Latest Blood Test Help
I think my
iron
is low (always is). I take Terra Nova easy
iron
20mg - 1 a day and also take B12 (this is so much better since taking Nature Privudes drops, as recommended on here!) I also take Thorne Basic B and Feel magnesium + calcium and Feel Immunity daily.

Updated blood test results- is hypo the cause of my symptoms?
I'm taking supplements for
iron
, vit d, magnesium, folate, b vits. Also recently started taking Tyrosine, which actually seems to give me a real boost- not sure if that's a long term solution though. Thank you.

New Way to Get More Iron
You have to use this about 3-6 months to restore your
iron
supplies. I am looking forward to seeing my doctor after my next blood test, to see if the
iron
levels have changed.

All of his LFTs have been normal for two years, but his

levels continue to drop. He’s back on 150mg of
iron
again, after a three month break. Just wondering if anyone else out there has experienced
iron
deficiency issues.

Iron and B12 deficiency
Doctors only look at the serum
iron
(similar to how they only use serum b12 in most cases to assess deficiency) in giving a diagnosis of
iron
deficeincy anaemia.

Recovery from AV Fistula Surgery
Fortunately, there are outside stairs with two
iron
banisters. But inside, the banister is on the left. The side my arm is that I cannot lean on. Hopefully, a friend is coming to put a second railing in. We should have thought of this.

How long for NHS biopsy results?
Hi thereSaw gastro after suffering from unexplained vitamin deficiencies (folate, ferritin/
iron
, borderline B12 and D) and despite having clear coeliac blood tests he wanted to rule it out. I had a gastroscopy with biopsies Sunday 29th Jan so 4 weeks ago tomorrow.

advice please
I began taking
iron
off my own back as my ferritin was at 20 (dr not concerned about this and said it wouldn't cause these symptoms as my serum
iron
was ok). Things improved after taking for a month but I had about 5 days of not taking them. Began to have palpiations, flutters etc again.

Are my iron levels ok?
At last I have managed to get a blood test done for
iron

Caffiene - ever again?
The Ferritin and
Iron
levels have been tested and found to be low, so the therapy is in place. My gabapentin dose is up to 1200 with 300 mid-day and 900 at bed-time. My lifestyle is slowly getting back on track. But a question that I asked my sleep medicine specialist remains unanswered.
