Hi all - I’ve recently carried out some blood work to monitor my thyroid (recently diagnosed with Hashimoto) and I would really appreciate some help in interpreting my results. Test was taken at 9am, fasted and I am not on any medication.
TSH: 1.59 (0.27 - 4.2)
T3: 3.74 (3.1 - 6.8)
T4: 15.4 (12 - 22)
Thyroglobulin: 31.1 (0-115)
TPO: 129 (0-34)
Vitamin D: 97 (50-150)
Active Vitamin B12: 86 (38<)
Ferritin: 36 (13-150)
Folate: 6.9 (2.9<)
I think I am low in iron so need to start supplementing that.
Am I correct in thinking my T3 is low? Is there anything I can do at this stage? What is a “normal” level of TSH/T3/T4? Any advice appreciated!

Eating iron rich foods like liver or liver pate once a week plus other red meat, pumpkin seeds and dark chocolate, plus daily orange juice or other vitamin C rich drink can help improve iron absorption
