Who referred you for sacral iliac joint injection?
I’m waiting to see oasis pain clinic regarding my sacral iliac pain I just had my pain meds increased and wondered would this likely to be offered or do you you get offered it as a last resort? Been under chiropractor for years but was made worst by a fall in the garden May 2018 and a car accident 2018

Desperate for pain relief.
To briefly explain I have just been diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis I have a chocolate cyst & have been suffering excruciating pain in my right pelvis for over 3 months. The good news is that I’ve finally found night time pain relief which allows me to sleep through. I was prescribed voltarol

MD Anderson/Mayo or Peter MacCallum for treatment?
Hi all, My husband is just diagnosed with CLL with WBC at 49, Platelet at 77, enlarged spleen 20 cm and enlarged liver 17 cm. 70% lymphocytes in bone marrow. The FISH test is not available yet until next week so the treatment plan is also not available. But seem that he’s on Stage IV under RAI classification

A Desperate New Mom Really Needs Your Help - Surgery or Radioactive or Carbimazole
Thought it might be triggered by what I eat, I avoided milk eggs carrageenan, anything that may contain
iodine
. Then I was feeling better and worse and better, it was like a circle. The doctor that I visited in the UK is a lovely gentleman. He diagnosed me with Graves disease with much certainty.

Pain Relief that will help me get back to sleep ? Willing to try anything !
Hi All, I’m looking for some advice, I really don’t know what to do as I feel like I’m being dismissed all the time and it’s really starting to affect my overall physical and mental well-being. I have now had three surgery’s for endometriosis, my most recent last year, they told me I now have adenomyosis

My 24hour hell hospital visit
Early hours of Monday morning I ended up at my GP out of hours with my pain, he prescribed me tramadol which I had never had before. I took 2 and tried to go back to bed. Big mistake, my body clearly didn’t agree with tramadol and I spent the next 2 hours with severe sickness and diarrhoea. I then

Appointment with surgeon
Hi I have my appointment with the surgeon tomorrow and just wondered what to expect/ask. I have been referred by my endo as he asked me if I wanted surgery or RAI, even though he was trying to push me towards RAI i eel that surgery might be best. Just wondered what sort of questions I should ask. Thanks

Trigeminal neuralgia or something else?
I have had several bouts of pain along my upper and lower teeth over the past 10 years. The pain is intermittent and lasts in total about 3 weeks then goes as suddenly as it arrived. I have had 2 teeth removed so far but I still get the pain where the teeth should be. The last time it happened was in

I’m new here. Pain relief tips for severe endo & chocolate cyst please?
Hi all I’m new here & really sad & frustrated to read how so many women are suffering unnecessarily with misdiagnosis & long waits for treatments. The pain I have experienced is just horrendous & I feel for everyone who suffers such chronic pain I’ll try & summarise my story. I’m 47 , have 2 children

Am I really fibro?
I am 29 and was diagnosed with fibro only within the last 12 months, can't remember exactly when... my sister-in-law has fibro and she has it seemingly much worse than me and for that reason my brother and the family are inclined to believe I have been misdiagnosed. It all seems to fit but I am confused

What do results mean
Had my results for thyroid, the only ones out of range was anti thyroglobulin at 733 and low
iodine
75% and spot
iodine
89.45 although all other test were within normal findings the optimal findings were slightly above on TSH and low on T3 but would probably be considered normal, Practitioner suggested
