Hi I'm new here iv not been diagnosed as yet but waiting to see specialist iv had symptoms for 2 years not feeling well in pain fatigue twitches but people started saying ur all ways ill so started thinking it was in my head. My back went into spasm and couldn't move in excruciating pain ambulance came and I was put on diazepam. Couldn't get on too of the pain I'm on naproxin codeine morphine anatriptaline and my heart tablets. Had mri done and got bulging disc and tapped nerve when I saw another consultant he said he thought it could be fibromyalgia and the back was masking it. Iv been getting like if uv been stung by a wasp in my legs and it's burns for about fiveins minutes but then so sore to touch I have most of the symptoms I of fibromyalgia and just want to know yes then I would have a answer and the reason I'm like this iv been on sick for 3 months and have now been made redundant but just want a answer

There are many tests to go through before they can say definitely Fibromyalgia, but seeing a specialist is important. You’ll have more than 11 tender spots that feel like a bruise when touched but otherwise no signs there. Wherever it hurts it will mirror on the other side same place.

We are all different and have different symptoms but it might be good to reach out to a local group. I have had it for 10 years but I am luckier than many. Reiki is helping me since I trained.

Hopefully it’s something else.
