Gorgeous holiday run
It's been 2 months since I last posted, apart from questing replies. So what's been going on? Life has been busy as a grandparent, helping out even more now my daughter in law has returned to work. As they live a 2 hour drive from us, this has involved many overnight stays, with interrupted exercise

Buprenorphine @ 2 weeks, issues
Hi, I've been on buprenorphine (suboxone 2.0mg as i'm in USA) for little more than 2 weeks. This is after augmenting on pramipexole, getting off that last year, and having some moderate but transient response to IV Iron 5 mos ago that has mostly gone away (despite my ferritin levels still being 300)

Update on Weaning off of Pramipexole
Hello Everyone, I am posting in case this might be helpful to those going through getting off Pramipexole (PRAM) or thinking about it. I posted last Sunday about not feeling comfortable reducing the PRAM, but through encouragement on this site, I took the deep dive. I was taking .25 for about 5 years

Add more t4 and quit t3 ?
I just got my test results back , I'm on levothyroxine 75mcg/ 5 days a week and 100mcg 2/days a week. I also take 3mcg of Cytomel. My body can't handle a higher dose of Cytomel. It makes me very anxious. I am wondering if I should go back to T4 only, maybe a bit more? (I must add that there were

Other blood results
I now have more results Serum folate 14.3 (3.1-17.5) Ferritin 138 (13-150) Iron 14 (5-28) B12 280 (200-940) Since they are in the range ‘everything is normal’! The coeliac one was clear so I can now try gluten free for 3 months to see if it makes any changes. But I am still tired, muscle aches

Monoferric Iron Infusion
My husband had 4 iron infusions, 3 in 2022 and the last one in May of 2023. They helped his RLS to be less severe and he was getting a bit more sleep. Our doctor hasn't been able to book another at our local hospital since. I contacted a clinic in a neighbouring city (Oshawa, ON, Canada) and they

Bad RLS.
Hi all, I've been hovering around these boards for a couple of years now but this is my first post. I am a 39 year old male. As a child and adult sometimes after walking a lot during the day I would have the urge to move my legs when I was in bed trying to sleep, it would feel like I had excess
