Help interpreting my test results

Hi. I have been struggling with long covid that’s better now but just did a recent lab and wondering if it looks ok. I still have some lingering symptoms like temple pressure on one side and joint pain, and vertigo.

My TSh w/reflex to Free T4 went down a bit from 1.08 in Dec to .85 currently. My SGOT (ALT) went up slightly from 13 to 19. Everything else looked normal. Posting my iron levels which I requested my doctor to order.

Thank you!

Your saturation and ferritin are both dire, you need to speak to your doctor about them.
