Hoping to get some advice on bloods following my latest tests. Just wondered if it's worth increasing the T4 as it's a bit lower since putting on a little bit of weight.
I'm happy with my Vit D, B12, Folate and Iron and hence have not included those results.
Thanks in advance

Thanks, interesting thought to add a 25mcg dose per week. Would I just choose one day and add 25mcg to my usual daily dose or should I take this at another time?
I am in the US so you all may do things different there, but here, your TSH would be super low indicating subclinical hyPERthyroidism which can cause bone loss among other things. Something you might want to keep an eye on as you grow older. I had subclinical hyperthyroidism before having a large substernal goiter full of nodules removed in 2015. Now have osteopenia bordering on osteoporosis and on medication this last year (plan is to be taking it for 5 years) to help rebuild bone. Next DEXA scan we will see if that's helping rebuild it or at least stabilizing the bone loss.
