Infiximab
I have infusions of infliximab every 8 weeks the last 2 years with great success and last one only Friday just goneI now have a flare up and wondered if I could have any steroids to calm it down. I can't get hold of consultant or IBD flare up team to find out. Before my diagnosis it was only steroids

Ulcers in terminal ileum
Hi, I've posted on here a couple of times, so I won't repeat myself! I had my gallbladder out in June 2020 and developed severe diarrhoea. GP referred me to Gastroenterology (currently going through the IBD route for a diagnosis as my calprotectin levels have been elevated). I had my second colonoscopy

Help with compounding ingredients
Considering having NDT compounded, to not have lactose & as few ingredients as possible. We do not have a lactose,-free levothyroxine in Canada. And I know Thyroid S has lactose. The pharmacist has asked me about cellulose as the filler, and how I do on that. I have no clue & when researching it comes

Is this how blood in poop looks>
I'm glad I found this website.Last month I had blood on my napkin when I wipe. It was always on the paper, not in the poop as far as I could see, and none on the toilet bowl or water. Then I read that the blood can either be black or red. Then I started seeing black spots in my poop and I couldn't

Fissure or fistula
For the last few weeks I have been getting stabbing pains up the rear exit. Like I sat on a needle!! I used to suffer a lot with piles but not bled for about a year now. But today after large bm I bled! What concerns me is I should be having a camera look at my bladder on Saturday under local anaesthetic

IBS "single location" burning sensation.
Hi All, I had IBS-C type issues for 3 years now. Chronic constipation, gas, mucus, occasional diarrhea , I lost and regained 5-10 pounds two times and I have this burning sensation, which is my real concern. Specifically, I have this specific pain for 3 years now: right side of the abdomen 2-3 inches

acid reflux and indigestion
I’m only on 25mcg of Levo and after two weeks had to decrease by half because the anxiety is awful and I feel like each day is worse. I’ve been on it almost 3 weeks total. And for the last 5 days or so Ive had some bad acid reflux and indigestion that hurts my stomach. Is this a sign I’m going to fast
