Does endo cause daily pain even when on desogestrel

I'm struggling with daily pelvic pain since my dignotic lap where endo was found but not removed. I've been on desogestrel pill since November and have no periods but yet have this daily pelvic pain. More specifically does anyone else get more pain in the lower right side of pelvis? Sometimes I have no pain until late afternoon/ evening

I luckily don't have major pain but I have daily discomfort of some kind, whether it be back ache, constipation and pressure, or pelvic pain as if I'm.going to start a period. I have stage 4 with lots of adhesions. I've just started desogestrel to see if that helps. But I've been on noriday since Sept.

thank you for your reply. Glad you dont have major pain. I do get lower back ache too sometimes. is your pelvic pain on both left and right? or just one side? hope desogestrel helps you

It's mainly left. I have endo near the mesorectal facia. And I'm sure I've another cyst on the left ovary. So might explain it
