7 weeks and blood in stool
7 weeks of stomach discomfort which can be a little painful but consistently feels like a squeezing feeling and inflamed stool. Didn't have the bleeding but started noticing little blood in my stool. Can anyone take a look and see what they think. I have been referred to gastro but it's a long wait just

bowel obstruction
hello, my Mum is now in palliative care (12 days) for a total bowel obstruction because of a 6 sigmoid volvulus. At 92 an operation is not possible. Almost two weeks now and so far she is coping remarkably - her tummy is huge but otherwise only moderate pain now and then and a need to pee quite often

Has anyone found Mebeverine/Buscopan helpful?
Following a Laparoscopy, it is highly likely that I have Adenomyosis. One of the hardest symptoms is the uncomfortable bowel issues. I get bloating and constipation. I am wondering if it is worth trying Mebeverine or Buscopan. I've tried dietary and peppermint oil but neither really helped.Thank you

Recurrence?im scared
I don't know where to start because I'm scared to death. I already made a post about my situation but I need to talk more about it with people who understand my situation. My mother, my beloved mother... my reason for living. In 2020 she underwent surgery for stage one seromucinous adenocarcinoma

For the past 6 months or so I have had pretty much daily morning gas and diarrhea. I had 37 radiation treatments to my pelvic area in 2019 after having a radical prostatectomy 9 months previous to that. Has anyone had the same experience? I did have a colonoscopy about a year and a half ago and the

CT scan & Colonoscopy but no further on.
Both tests have not revealed (all organs firing OK) why I have had five weeks of bleed (not bright blood) and some dark stools meaning in upper digestive track somewhere. Bleeding stopped now but have very loose stools 2/3 times a day. Had this problem two years ago starting with dark stools and upsets

update
unfortunately the liver mets have returned to Martins liver. It is 6 months since chemo finished. There are multiple small mets. Martin is still feeling well. No fatigue, loss of appetite or pain. His MO said that this is very bad and gave a prognosis of 12 months. He is starting Martin on carboplatin

MCT Oil
in another thread someone posted today about MCT oil. I hadn’t heard of this and have tried to research it. It seems to be useful in a variety of situations and claims include support in weight gain, increased energy, constipation t and pain relief. Really it sounds a bit of a ‘cure all’. I’m wondering
