i am following lchf diet i.e.one grain(50gms uncooked) per day and one time per day.
i am replacing fruits for high fats since my cholesterol and triglys are high.for BF i will hve green smoothie+protein powder, for lunch ragi/wheat/brown rice/millets with lots of vegetables and dhals. coffee+peanuts at 4p.m for dinner cooked vegetables+dhal soup+d-protein with hot water.no milk and

Constant focus of LCHF diet
I tried LCHF diet along with Long wheat for breakfast. This brought HBA1C Level from 7 to 6.2 in one year .Currently at 5.8 levels. Had paneer and ghee regularly.

He's been told if it takes longer than eight hours he will be in

, if not he will be in high dependency....amongst other awful things. Facial paralysis is likely and speech therapy may be needed, they can't remove it all and he too will need radiotherapy.

What can a patient take into intensive care
My husband is due to have bypass operation in December and will be in icu for a few days afterwards. He is anxious about whether he can take some books and a radio with earplugs in. He is a very poor sleeper and also gets very claustrophobic and these help him to cope. Does anyone know what is allowed

Hi All, I am completely medicine free . Fasting 95 PPBS 102 HbA1C 5.3 RBS 115 Running 3KM daily 1/2 hr workout Brisk walking on evening Partial LCHF diet. Now a days i feel mood swings. Some time i feel very happy and energetic. sometime very sleepy when i checked my sugar at sleepy stage
