I'm new to this group but already a member of the thyroid and diabetes forums. I'm desperate to lose weight. I've been overweight most of my adult life. I started dieting at 13 and 20 years of yo-yo dieting followed. In my early 30s, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism (low thyroid, caused by autoimmune

Question about TRIMIX needle.
I am new to Trimix (Got a prescription that is yet to be filled). The doctor did not specify which kind of needle to use with Trimix. 1. What is the thinnest needle I cam use with TRIMIX? 2. Can I use my Insulin syringe (32 G, 1 cc)?

It Might be Mitochondria
There is some interesting research here that suggests mitochondria rather than glucose or insulin levels may drive inflammation particularly in Type II Diabetes: https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2019/08/190821082238.htm

No more eye injections with an implantable pump!
Coming soon! No more eye injections! My retinal specialist told me a Mini Drug Pump for Ophthalmic Use is going to be approved for Lucentis. (Like an insulin pump device) I'm not sure if Eylea will be offered as well. He said it should be available in a year or so. Has anyone else heard of this? I
