Fasting is about so much more than losing weight - and the chart shows you at what stages of the fast you get what level of insulin & blood glucose, Autophagy and Growth Hormone, and intestinal or immune system stems cells.

I wonder whether the timescales are still the same if you deplete your glycogen using a ketogenic diet, and/or exercise in a fasted state? Dr Fung and Eric Berg seem to suggest that this is the case.
My usual breakfast meal is 600ml of yoghurt… followed (two or three hours later) by broccoli and cheese. I then like to try to eat nothing else until breakfast the following day.
