Natural Insulin calculation process
Apologies if I'm a bit too ignorant. A bit curious on how the body calculates the right amount of insulin needed. Do understand that T2 is a bit complicated with varied factors contributing, but calculating the amount of insulin needed for the digestive process seems still a Mystery. Is it the gut bacteria

My Doctor Says…
“It doesn't matter how beautiful your theory is, it doesn't matter how smart you are. If it doesn't agree with experiment, it's wrong.” -Richard Feynman An ongoing theme in the LCHF community is that the medical establishment seems hell-bent on ignoring scientific evidence, to the detriment of millions

Type 1 Diabetics
Just wondering if there are any other Type 1 Diabetics out there? How do you manage your insulin when running and what beneficial effects, relating to diabetes, have you experienced because of running.

Should I be on meds?
Hi, thank you for this forum, it’s amazing. I’m fairly new to the Hashimoto’s land and I’m hoping you can give me some advice to see if I should be considered for synthetic medicines. Long story short: last year, around September, I was feeling super tired, demotivated, anxious and with short memory
