How to fight diabetes

Hi I am 36 yr old and have high blood sugar level despite of taking regular medicine and insulin. Can biochemic be helpful in treating diabetes and how can I control diabetes. I also have severe neuropathy.

Review your diet and follow very low carb e.g. Ketogenic diet.

diet management can help u ,follow either keto diet or plant based vegan diet ,meanwhile if u pp is crossing 180 mg/dl then consult doctor and follow above said diet .for neuropathy have blood test and vitamins & mineral profile

Take only 35-40 g of carbs in one meal so total not more than 120 g in a day if you are taking 3 meals a day. Walk for about 30 minutes atleast. For neuropathy, take Vit. B12 supplement in the form of methylcobalamin 1500 mcg everyday.
