Myo-Inositol
Hi everyone, I’ve know lots of people take Myo-
inositol
for PCOS but has anyone used it to improve their fertility in general? I’ve just got a supplement catalog through with my ubiquinol order and it mentions it’s good as a fertility supplement. Just wondered if it’s worth trying?

Estrogen receptor β regulates AKT activity through up-regulation of INPP4B and inhibits migration of prostate cancer cell line PC-3
However, another tumor suppressor,
inositol
-polyphosphate 4-phosphatase type II (INPP4B), can partially compensate for the loss of PTEN.

Inositol for atopic eczema
Hi everyone I just want to share my latest discovery with you it's called
inositol
and has helped me get over histamine intolerant symptoms including eczema It seems that there are excititory and inhibitory agents for example dopamine is excititory and it's opposite serotonin is inhibitory - estrogen

what's the deal with myo-inositol?
Izabella Wentz is now pushing myo-
inositol
(along with selenium) as treatment for Hashimoto's. Anybody here ever used this approach?

Myo-inositol b complex with selenium
I’ve read that these supplements are very good for Hashimoto’s. Cytoplan have Super B Extra. I struggle swallowing tablets and wonder how big they are and/or if there’s another option. Has anyone had any success taking these supplements for Hashimoto’s?

Myo and D Chiro Inositol for Hashimotos
There is apparently a similarity between PCOS and Hashis as the have similar genetic triggers and symptoms...so I thought it could be worth giving
Inositol
a try.

Myo-inositol and Hypothyroidism
Hi Ladies, I have been reading up on Myo-
inositol
for PCOS. I thought it might help my regulating a period and losing weight. I have an underactive thyroid (Hypothyroidism) and I take 75mg Levothyroxine daily. Does anyone know if it is suitable to take it with Levothyroxine?

Low ovarian reserve - sharing info
From my side: * supplements Dhea,
inositol
, melatonin * an idea: double stimulation (see my previous post). Although I have not tried it so far. * protocol: consider double trigger (to mature).

Could a suppressed TSH be causing T3 to fall?
I couldn't tolerate the pill and metformin or
inositol
had the opposite intended effect and made me gain weight and bloat and have migraines. My endo said there is nothing more he could offer from a pcos point of view.

Vitex - not for everyone but its working for me
I started taking it again last week when my cycle was approaching 70 days and within 6 days I got my period again. 2 periods so far this year which is good going for me and I'm sure the vitex along with myo
inositol
has definitely helped. Hopefully it will help someone else too!

Inositol experience?
I have been taking the MyOva
inositol
for 3 weeks now and have had a 12 day period that ended yesterday and is my first in 6 months or so. Did anyone get pregnant from this pretty quickly?
