Hi lovely warriors, I have egg quality issues and was trying to search for supplements that may help. I started taking it (with
Inositol
) in an effort to lower my thyroid antibodies (I have HT), but I've been searching more and it seems to be helpful in most autoimmune diseases. Maybe. Some people think PD is an autoimmune disease.

Doctor won't help me understand my results... Google is confusing!
I'm now contraceptive free (2.5 years) and taking
Inositol
twice a day. I've never shown I'm ovulating on a home test for 5 years, but Doctors don't care... I have been unable to conceive whenever we have tried over the last 4-5 years. These are my results I'm struggling to understand.

I do also have pcos but can't tolerate metformin,

Anyone Tried Inositol For PCOS?
Hi I was wondering if any of you ladies out there with PCOS have tried taking
Inositol
supplements. I read good reviews about it in terms of fertiltiy and regulating cycles etc. I've started taking it and I'm having the heaviest period I've had in years. I normally just get sporadic light periods.

HELP PLEASE! MEDICHECKS THYROID RESULTS BACK - TSH IS 9 (and I'm very hypo)
I take vitamin C, magnesium at night, and additional vitamin B1 and choline/
inositol
and taurine. In an ideal [non pandemic] world I would book an appointment with my GP but I can tell you how that would play out.
