W9R2 smashed it!
Left it a bit later than usual but my partner wanted to come with me. So it got a bit pollen-y at times for me, and had to use my inhaler. But did it! And personal bests with pace (still slow but getting better each run) and ran longest yet! Can’t believe only one more run to go!!! 🙀

Spasm/cramps upper abdomen
Which lead to breathlessness. My sats however are normal 97-99 (Bisoprolol keeping my heart down)! I’ve been in the hospital to get it checked several times when I’ve gone in for the SVT’s these last weeks and no one knows what it is. It’s possible it’s acid reflux, anxiety disorder, the Bisoprolol,

W9R1 finally did it!
After having to abort my attempt yesterday, due to the beginning of an asthma attack I was gutted! But after a restful day was up bright and early, before the pollen demons could get me! Took all the meds, hankie and inhaler tucked in my leggings, Vaseline smeared under my nose 🙀...apparently it blocks

Finding a better GP
Ive always had reservations about my GP but this last few weeks have been a total joke. Had an asthma flare first treated with 5 day pred, wouldnt give antibiotics despite me always ending up with secondary infection but out of hours prescribed a few days later. Thanks to the infection i needed a longer

Mildest inhaler for copd
For some inexplicable reason - well giving up sugar and doubling exercise might be part of it - I have dropped my requirement for 8 doses of symbicort a day, which Ive been on for years, to just 2. Since I was very ill, almost critically, with bilateral pneumonia and respiratory failure two years ago

What on earth do I do now??!🥺
So, as some of you will know, I've recently restarted C25K after being very poorly again in the new year........now, I've gotten to week 5, run 3......and by gum, despite 'teething troubles ' and a bit of experimentation to get my
inhalers
just right, I was thoroughly enjoying myself.

Aero Chamber - can I use this with both inhalers?
I was also given an aero chamber to use, My question is Can I just swap the aerochamber between the two
inhalers
? It takes a long time to dry when I wash it so I can't do that between taking the different

Thrush after using inhalers.
I have now developed thrush on one side of my tongue. I use fostair 100/6, plus salbutamol as an reliever. I do rinse my mouth thoroughly with water, after using my inhaler. Can I buy Over the counter medication, or will I have to see my go. Thanks.

Productive cough
Inhalers
worked and it went away using them every day. Come Jan this year on my poorer judgement I had a few drinks for my cousins 50th. I hadn't drank for almost a year at this point. I had around 6 drinks and the next day the cough and phlegm were back.

Coping not cured!
Good Morning everyone - every day I read these posts and very often I find them so concerning! I was diagnosed at 20 with asthma but it took me years to accept. For a very long time I was always too embarrassed to use my inhaler in a public area andmong friends! This resulted in many trips to A&E. A few

Breathing issues with several blockers
Started on Tildiem 2 weeks ago, it dropped my BP too much, so I was swapped to Bisoprolol 1.25mg. I endured that for 9-10 days with terrible shortness of breath (+ quite low HR from being tachy but it stopped me having SVT) plus a whole host of horrible side effects that didn’t abate. I have mild ish

See below.
I have severe brochiectasis Postural drainage 3 times a day for 45 minutes. Although it clears my lungs I still get sputum being produced on the left lung which makes me cough even when sitting. Brown inhaler does not work. It is for Asthma. Aerobika is to loosen sputum. No good. It is loose

I can’t get any
inhalers
or montelukast tablets from the chemist via my prescription. They are out of stock. Or blood pressure tablets. I have to wait until they come in stock.
