Left it a bit later than usual but my partner wanted to come with me. So it got a bit pollen-y at times for me, and had to use my inhaler. But did it! And personal bests with pace (still slow but getting better each run) and ran longest yet! Canβt believe only one more run to go!!! π
W9R2 smashed it!: Left it a bit later than usual... - Couch to 5K
W9R2 smashed it!
I am pretty sure I will dissolve in to a complete puddle of happy tears when I get there!
Well done!! Youβre nearly there! π₯³ππ»ππ»ππ»
Yay! Well done Bloomsbury 22! I was a bit over-excited and definitely went a bit too fast (ha ha - I'm sure no-one else would have thought so) on my last run and only just made it through sheer determination. I covered 4k in the 30 minutes but that was my fastest yet and ridiculously hard going! Take it steady and good luck.
Well well your determination and grit has got you this far so , your gonna make it. Just remember keep it SLOW , your not going for speed . W9R3 is a very special run .
You are going to smash through and grab your reward, whatever that looks like . It can be 30 minutes non stop running or 5K .
It will depend on how you feel, and how much energy you have when you have reached the 30 minutes mark . Once your there , you have achieved what you set out to do , run 30 minutes non stop πββοΈ
You will punch the air and shout βYES , I HAVE DONE IT β......... dance , cry , smile because it will be emotional!
And worth it.
Once you have your badge and moved into consolidation you start to feel the magic of running . You will run 5K
I look forward to you post . πΎπββοΈππ
Oooh, just one more run. Exciting isn't it?
I woke up early and eager for my last run.
Kind of felt like I'd qualified after W9R3, like I now had a licence to run.
Enjoy. You've done so wellππββοΈπ
