I have been prescribed Beclometasone 50 micrograms nasal spray 2 puffs twice a day, I am also on FOSTAIRNEXThaler 100, I find since starting the nasal spray 5days ago my feet &ankles are badly swollen, I have only been on the FostairNext for a few weeks which I felt was much better than my previous inhaler Symbicort, now I am wondering what could be causing the swelling, is it the inhaler or the nasal spray? Anyone else experienced this? Would appreciate any replies & advice..Thank you..x

I have had beclametasone nasal spray in the past which I have used as well as my Fostair MDI with no problems. I think you need to contact your GP about the swelling. Perhaps also speak to your pharmacist about possible side effects of your medication.

It's best if you speak to your gp. Swollen feet are a symptom of other health issues. P

I have been using both....they both have tiny amounts of steroids, but that should not effect your feet and ankles. I've had no symptoms with these 2 medications

Yes that is certainly true, what's good for one may be a disaster to someone else. Hope you get it sorted soon. Take care
