Hi I’ve been training with weights at home and chest starting to hurt a bit every now and then in certain positions

Hi I’ve been Weight training and cycling quite vigorously of late .

And my chest started to hurt yesterday every now and then .

No cough no temperature

Over training and maybe rest required .

Paracetamol and rest ..

Or hospital

Slightly paranoid

Or phone 111

On inhalers ventolin

And been rather anxious of late

As you said yourself: over training and Rest required with paracetamol 1 or 2 if needed. You saw The writing on the wall straight away.

I concur, it is likely over training. It is natural in this time of heightened anxiety due to Covid-19 that we become more vigilant looking for symptoms, but we also need to look at the most likely cause of things. Follow your intellect and rational part of your brain, it is likely to be over training.
