Derealization and Vitamin b12 deficiency
Is having a vitamin b12 deficiency and derealization/depersonalization linked? Sometimes when I forgot to take my vitamins, those derealization/depersonalization symptoms appear, it feels as if I’m not comprehending my surroundings and whatnot. I’m just wondering if there’s a link, since I cannot find

B12 test
I believe I am b12 deficient from my symptoms and a low normal level of 238. I've been supplementing 5mg of b12 for the last month and seen great improvement. My GP has requested my b12 be tested. Should I stop supplementing before the bloods? I only have 6 days until the test. Thanks.

B12 testing
Went to see the Dr today regarding my loss of balance. Whilst there I told him I've been taking 5mg of sublingual b12 daily for a month and my symptoms have improved. (Mainly Numbness, tingling and fatigue) He seemed interested that the b12 had made me feel better and arranged for more bloods. On

B12 result
My doctor says my b12 result of 500 is fine but then I read somewhere else that 1000 is the optimum. Also she says she can’t prescribe K2 to go with the Vitamin D. Can someone please advise.

New medichecks blood results
Hello everyone I got my medichecks results back and I think they look quite good. It looks like most things have improved and I’m definitely feeling much better. Only problem is the different ranges are confusing me a bit. Any comments would be appreciated! I’m on 100 levothyroxine , 20 liothyronine

Vitamin & mineral blood tests interpretation
Hi everyone, I've had nutritional blood tests taken for the 1st time and am confused about the results. I wonder why the vitamin B results are arranged like this. Dificient >1.25 and <1.15 normal . I would have thought it would be the other way around so the highest amount would be normal and lowest

Private blood test
Hi there, is there a reliable private blood test I can get to check for PA and AMG? Would it be intrinsic factor test? I saw Medichecks do one. Also would it effect results if my levels are ok at the moment( have been supplementing with a B12 spray. Blood results last April (1 year after loading injections
