Active B12 levels
What is the minimum level for Active B12? Does the usually quoted 150-200 odd, normally used in the UK NHS, refer to Total B12, or Active B12? I am waiting the results of a private Active B12 test from Medichecks and would like to know how to interpret it.

Hi there. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in March 2019 and have been taking 100mg Levothyroxine since June 2019. I was also diagnosed with fibromyalgia around 11 years ago, although I've always struggled to recognise this as a genuine condition. I recently sent off a blood test to Medicheck and

Blood test results - comments welcome
Hi everyone, I moved to Switzerland last year and tomorrow I’m finally seeing a neurologist in a university hospital sleep clinic that treats RLS. I’ve just got the results of my blood test taken last week and I’d like to be prepared as much as possible for my visit. I would appreciate any comments

B12 low energy the next day
On the B12 methylcobalamin spray, the question is, if you do to much in a day, can your B12 drop, so you wake up the next day with less energy again.

Ferritin and B12
Hi all Just wondering about my B12 and ferritin levels. Please could you have a look? Should I be trying to get the ferritin higher in the range? And, would I benefit from getting my B12 to a higher number, I notice this doesn't have a range? I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism about a month ago,

Thyroid issue? I don't think I know what is wrong with me
Hi, I am here, newly registered. I take B12 injections for functional B12 deficiency. So far as I know due to active monitoring since 2017 my level of B12 is fine but lately I have been developing problems relating to mental health which are worrying and bothering me. Though I will probably be passed

B12 injections
I’m really stressed . I’ve been having b12 injections for around 2 years now . When I was tested I was told that my b12 levels were really low. Due to covid -19 the doctors are not offering b12 injections . I’m concerned with how this is going to effect me as I have seen on the Internet it can cause

B12 and ferritin
So just curious.. As I continue to take my B12 lozenges(5000mcg) I noticed my ferritin goes lower. It got low enough that I have gone cold with freezing hands and feet, can't breathe, faster heart rate, losing clumps of hair, can't digest with low stomach acid. I have to make very sure to stay on my

Does iron deficiency affect RLS?
Since being diagnosed with Anaemia a course of iron tablets seems to improve my RLS. Has anyone else experienced this? I currently take Pramipexole
