Is your Parkinson's diagnosis really idiopathic? Or is there an underlying cancer/autoimmune disorder?
The underlying malignancy was treated with chemotherapy and
immunotherapy
and the tremor did not recur in the one year follow-up. The process of paraneoplastic neurological syndromes is presumed to result from an immune attack on the underlying cancer.

Does monoclonal antibody infusion for cv19 prevent us from eligibility for cutting edge immunotherapy for prostate cancer?
An oncologist told me last week that if you get provenge that might make you ineligible for trials in the future related to newer Treatments for
immunotherapy
. Would monoclonal antibody infusion for CV 19 make you an eligible as well?

TSH suddenly elevated.
I had been unwell and had also had 1 of 2 Rituximab
immunotherapy
treatments for RA a week earlier but this was the only change. Does anyone know of any interactions? My neck has been really tender at the front for a couple of weeks and I’ve been incredibly tired.

Chemo (Docetaxel) with Prednisone
After a failed clinical trial (
immunotherapy
) I started Docetaxel 2 weeks ago and was prescribed Prednisone (5mg twice per day). I seem to be very sensitive to the Prednisone....having trouble sleeping, feeling anxious, etc. even when taking it at dinner at 6:00pm.

Genomic testing of the primary tumor, or a metastasis? What Gens or ARN or what is to be tested ?
I am mCRPC my urologist wants to biopsy the prostate to have data for
immunotherapy
if it suits me. Pembrolizumab, Olaparib, whatever I have read about TILs, and wonder if anywhere it is available, as if I am biopsied, there will be samples to work with, eventually.

looking for treatment advice
Hello All, I am reading so much about LU-177 and
immunotherapy
. But I am wondering when we would start looking into these treatments. Husband is on Abiraterone, Prednisone and monthly Lupron shots. He completed 6 docetaxel treatments in April.

Shocking life expectancy
He's had chemo x 2 and
immunotherapy
then reduced to chemo x1 and
immunotherapy
as responded well. Last week, he found a new lump in his neck which after scans shows it has spread again. The disease in lung and other areas (pericardium) is still reducing.

Lu 177 also failed after 6 Cycles. 16 rounds of Chemo (10 Docxetexal and 6 Jevtana) previously failed. What could be next?
Is there anything else that I can look into apart from
Immunotherapy
? Is there some light at the end of this tunnel? I am just asking for guidance. I will ask doctors for advice but for guidance I come here.

recent immunotherapy trial results
In reading the recent
immunotherapy
trial reports it has me worried and it makes me wonder if my husband will go into remission...He is doing very well (with no side affects) in a Dana-Farber study (he is on Acalabrutinib- since March and Obinutuzuimab IV (last dose in August) and Venetoclax).

Husband's Ventoclax Ramp Up Goes Smoothly!
While it feels like we are on the cusp of even better treatments and possibly a cure someday, I am truly grateful for the
immunotherapy
treatments we have today!

Hello,I live in Bradenton Florida and go to Moffitt Cancer in Tampa
She once gave me a second opinion about
immunotherapy
which I was hesitant to try (it was new at the time so I didn't try that) She told me to just stay at Moffitt in case I needed to be hospitalized at some point.
