Even though I speak to my oncologist and GP, the former is a bit vague in terms of outlook and my GP can't really comment on the immunotherapy induced PMR. Any response would be very much appreciated

I have incurable lung cancer and currently undergoing immunotherapy treatment. Am due a ct staging scan on Monday and see the consultant in about 3 weeks. If the consultant says they are stopping the immunotherapy, what alternative treatments could be offered?

I have discussed the case with APAC Biotech Gurugram regarding Immunotherapy . They have suggested to do it before chemotherapy as the tumor cells will shrink during chemo treatment and they will not be able to get good quality tumor cells . What is best sequence to get the immunotherapy ?
