immunotherapy
anyone that been on Opdiva/Yervoy combo? May I know side-effects and whether it worked? It’s to control a tumor on my back psoas muscle, which was the spreading of OVCA clear cell 6 years after initial diagnosis. TIA.

CDK 12 mutation and Immunotherapy
I also found an ongoing trial
immunotherapy
trial IMPACT (NCT03570619) which combines other drugs used for
immunotherapy
with CDK12 (ie: Nivolumab and Ipilimumab) Has anyone here in the community had success on either of these trials?

What remains?
He's had every treatment bar Lutetium and
immunotherapy
and he doesn't have the BRCA gene. Are we at EOL? He, although emaciated, believes that it's not over yet.

avastin side effects
I’m currently receiving avastin
immunotherapy
infusions every 3 weeks. I’m wondering if others are on this and what side effects you might be experiencing.

clear cell update
I just finished my second round of
immunotherapy
, which is Opdiva and Yervoy . After one month my CA, 125 dropped from 133 to 53. I’m truly astounded and hope it keeps working on my clear cell tumor. If you’re OVCA is clear cell, you should inquire to your oncologist about this.

psoas Muscle Tumors
Various chemo and
immunotherapy
are helping keep it contained. Has anyone had surgery for removal of a psoas tumor? I’d love to hear from you. Thank you.

IVIg infusion clinic help
hello, I have been advised to do both intralipid and Ivig infusion for my next FET with
immunotherapy
. Our doctor is ok for us to do IVIG elsewhere to save money. I’m based in London and prices for IVIg are scary. I’ve read of people who travelled to do it abroad: where did you go?

Battling two cancers on two fronts, simultaneously
Side issue- extremely dry mouth, probably due to
immunotherapy
(atezoluimab)? Any recommendations are appreciated. Every one have a great weekend and GO 9ers!

Clinical trials?
At the oncology appointment yesterday my husband was given what I believe is an amazing opportunity, he has the option of starting standard care (
immunotherapy
pembrolizumab ) or participating in clinical trials where they will be also adding a second drug for a two pronged approach.

What is the next step
I have one more
Immunotherapy
for my bladder cancer, so far all scan have shown no metastasis. Now I need to focus on my PC after more than a year of ignoring it. My PSA has been fluctuating and is now 0.65, doubling time is 16 months, I have not had ADT yet and my MO wants to just wait and watch.
