hi all , I had mentioned that I had my third immunotherapy infusion a week ago. Now I have come up with HBP.. been watching it. This morning it was 174 over 104.. pretty scary. I finally got to speak with Dr and he sent in a script for meds.
Has anyone experienced this?

Minor problem after immunotherapy. Already had HBP and on meds. So, maybe slight increase. Also on beta blocker due to portal vein hypertension. Do you have any portal vein thrombosis?
I don’t have any portal vein issues. My BP has always been very good. Then all of a sudden it’s very high. Today 175 over 104 or so. My Dr has ordered a script for meds. Hopefully it works. I certainly don’t want to be taken off of treatments..
My husband had elevated blood pressure with an oral medication which was easily treated with oral antihypertensive and it was lighter able to be discontinued. He was on blood pressure medicine anyway but it always been very stable so it was just a temporary increase that required a temporary additional med so praying the same for you!!!!

My husband didn't have an issue with his blood pressure while he was on immunotherapy. He was on a beta blocker which they actually had to change because his blood pressure was running too low. Hopefully the RX will straighten it out so you can continue treatment. ♥️🙏♥️Sharon
Hi Ijust had a appoint ment with my Doctor. After lying down on a bed he took my Bloodpressure which was 160 over sorry dont remember anyway pretty high. After he told me to sit on the bed and relax he took the bloodpressure again which went down to 130 over? Nearly normal. Thats my experience. I hope I could help somehow.
