B12 deficiency
I was diagnosed with a B12 deficiency. I'm recovering from covid it's been 3 weeks. Not sure if the covid knocked my B12 down. I had first injection today. I woke up out of my sleep my body burning and dry month. I had that feeling first week of covid it went away. Now I'm not sure if the B12 is fighting

CA 27.29 Blood Testl
My CA 27.29 has continued to rise. PET Scan showed nothing abnormal. I've been referred to Stanford Hospital and they will explore with more imagery. I am frightened but want to get to the truth.

Anyone else have severe daily heartburn?
Diagnosis of autoimmune atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia and also PA. Currently SI B12 (cyanobalamin ) EOD. Does anyone else with this get severe heartburn? I’ve cut out acidic and spicy. It seems to happen mostly on an empty stomach right before lunch. Sometimes Pepsid Complete works and

Losing hope
Hi everyone 👋 This is the first time I've tried chats online, but I just feel like I have nobody to talk to about how I feel. I'm really struggling with anxiety and depression and having a lot of negative thoughts. Medication does nothing, I can't motivate myself to do anything and I feel completely

New to world of IBS - How do you balance your diet and still enjoy life?
Hi everyone, I am new to this network and I look forward to sharing experiences with my fellow community😀 I have always loved bread, especially craft-baked / slow fermented / sourdough types but have moved away from even these until I better understand the gremlin in my gut 👿 Before IBS said "Hello

Medication help for anxiety/panic attack
Hello, I am new to this website and have been reading many of your posts. I guess we are all in the same boat and just trying to get by day to day. I have a question I was hoping to get some help with. I have suffered from anxiety and depression since around 1998 after my Mother passed away and a Daughter

"Run, definitely run"
Any Avatar fans out there might remember Sigourney Weaver saying this.More recently, the cancer nurse at my cli7nic appointment before my surgery used exactly the same words in the same tone of voice when I asked if I should continue to run or rest between then and the operation. She and the surgeon

Am I in the right group? I had been diagnosed by a psychiatrist as being bipolar . My therapist writes down that I have General Anxiety Disorder . So am I posting to the right group? Also, what is the difference between a anxiety attack and a panic attack?

Terrys nails
hi there, I’m just wondering if anyone with PBC has experience with Terrys nails? I have it on 5 of my finger nails (2 on one hand and 3 on another). My liver bloods are normal just now except for GGT (112) and my last fibroscan was 5.7 with CAP score of 233. Both AMA and ANA positive but my hepatoligist

Small panic attacks
So yesterday I was walking the dog like I do everyday, I got so far from my house and started thinking what if I have a heart attack while I'm walking the dog, so I turned back and stayed about 5-7 mins from my house and made me feel better ,, but that's the worse thing someone can do, you need to face

Urso and gallstones
A recent ultrasound revealed possible gallstone blocking a bile duct. An MRCP was recommended and carried out a couple of weeks ago although more like an MRI as no contrast was administered. I now have an appointment in June but I'm not sure what for. My concern is from reading the Urso leaflet it
