Any Avatar fans out there might remember Sigourney Weaver saying this.More recently, the cancer nurse at my cli7nic appointment before my surgery used exactly the same words in the same tone of voice when I asked if I should continue to run or rest between then and the operation. She and the surgeon said that the fitter I was before I came in the quicker I would recover. Today is Day 3 of a possible 3 - 7 day stay and I'm going home.

I'm absolutely convinced that if this had happened 9 years ago before I discovered C25K the outcome would have been quite different. So keep running everyone.
